Hampton Roads Creative Network (HRCN) is a membership directory that connects local creative business owners in the 757 region. The site includes a member directory, a community calendar, and a collaborative bulletin board for jobs and listings.

Membership is open to creative business owners in the Hampton Roads area. To join, you fill out an application and complete membership payment. Applications are reviewed, and we reserve the right to approve or decline any application. Membership is annual and requires a fee.

You're responsible for keeping your profile information accurate and up to date. You're also responsible for the content of your profile — your bio, photo, links, and anything else you post. Please make sure what you share is truthful and represents you and your business honestly.

Membership fees are processed through ThriveCart, our payment processor. We don't store your card details. Your membership renews according to the plan you select at checkout.

When you use HRCN, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information about yourself or your business.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Post content that violates someone else's rights, including intellectual property or privacy.
• Use the site to harass, spam, or harm other members.

We may remove a profile or terminate an account that violates these terms, or for any other reason we believe is in the best interest of the community. You can also close your account at any time by contacting us.

HRCN is a directory service. We help connect people, but we don't guarantee any specific business outcomes — referrals, clients, collaborations, or otherwise. We're not responsible for the conduct of other members or for the accuracy of everything members post. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date below and do our best to let members know.
